MAC address  

i) NetworkInterface.getHardwareAddress() returns null for every interface.

ii) Apps cannot use the bind() function on NETLINK_ROUTE sockets.

iii) The ip command does not return information about interfaces.

iv) MAC randomization work based on SSID in android 10, But now in Android 11 it will work based on  fully-qualified domain name (FQDN)
